Module four covers post-natal practice and how to promote your classes.
Successful completion of homework assignments is required before continuing to the next module. Many of the assignments require the creation of handouts for students, with the intention of forming the basis of a portfolio of handouts for future classes. The intention is to supply you with the necessary tools to start teaching pre and post natal yoga with confidence and authority.
The complete course requires 50 hours of study.

More about Prenatal Yoga from Jane Mackarness:
Jane Mackarness
"Prenatal yoga is such a rewarding, joyful experience - our students get so much out of it, and so do we!
Jane was Yoga Tutor and Head of Studies at the Kevala Centre for several years and is the author of Pre and Post Natal Yoga, co-author of Yoga for Fitness Professionals and co-producer of a Sanskrit pronunciation CD.
"One aspect of prenatal classes that appeals to me very much, as it does lots of other teachers, is that it's gentle and the body gets a bit of a rest! In fact, the whole experience of teaching prenatal is very gentle and restorative - and as it's not possible to focus the average class in that way, it's as if the body, mind and spirit gets to prenatal and becomes very maternal to itself as well as the students. This can be very welcome after several more dynamic classes.
PreNatal & PostNatal Yoga
"Offering prenatal classes are great for business, as most students return to class 3 months after delivery, and often request additional Mom and baby and children's yoga too. It's wonderful to be part of these young families. Offering pre and post natal yoga classes really builds teacher's yoga business - in addition to introducing yoga to young families, it can also bring some health care professionals, such as midwives, to your classes. Even grandparents often start by accompanying their grandchildren to Mom and baby, then beginning their own practice. This area of teaching really is rewarding on every level."
